How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply click on the Order Inquiry page. We will e-mail you back within 48-72 hours with a quote.
How much time in advance do I need to place an order?
Non-wedding orders: We ask that orders be placed 3-4 weeks prior to your event date, but the sooner you reach out the better. If your event is less than 3 weeks away, feel free to reach out anyway as we are occasionally able to accommodate last minute orders.
Wedding orders: We ask for 4-6 months notice prior to your wedding date.
Do you require a deposit?
Non-wedding orders: Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Please note that your order is not booked, and your event date is not guaranteed, until we receive your deposit. Unfortunately, a date cannot be reserved without a deposit. Final payment is due a week before your event. For orders placed with less than two weeks lead time, full payment is due when booking your order.
Wedding orders: A 35% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Your order is not booked, and your event date is not guaranteed, until we receive your deposit. Unfortunately, a date cannot be reserved without a deposit. Final payment is due a month before your event.
Do you ship orders?
No we do not ship orders
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available within Los Angeles county and surrounding area. An additional charge will be added to your order based on the delivery location.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Paypal, Zelle and credit card payments through Square.
Is pickup available if I don’t want my order delivered?
Yes, you can pick up from our location in Pasadena, CA. During the order process we will schedule a pickup day and time.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Cake tastings are only offered for wedding orders. Only a select number of flavor options will be available for tastings. Further details will be discussed once the order is placed.
Do you offer vegan or gluten free options?
We are currently working on a few recipes and hope to have some options available soon.
